SAS 70 Report Request -- U.S.

Ceridian customers:
SAS 70 reports and Letters of Assurance (LOAs) are available for Signature Payroll, Hosted Services, Latitude, Tax Services, COBRA, FSA, Health & Welfare, CBS New Jersey, and HRO. SAS 70 reports are product-specific. Please contact your Account Executive if you do not know the name of the product/report you are requesting.

SAS 70 Frequently Asked Questions

Customers with access to MyCeridian.com, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.myceridian.com and log in. (If you are unable to login, you will need to register. You can access registration instructions by clicking "How to Register" on the home page.)
2. On My Support Page, under "My Product Support Information," click on the appropriate product name (e.g. HR/Payroll Web, Tax Services, etc.)
3. On the Product Support page, click Download SAS 70 Reports.
4. Your contact information will already be populated on the form. Make any necessary corrections and select the report(s) or letter(s) you require.
5. Click Submit.
6. The confirmation page will include link(s) to the documents you requested.
7. To download a document, right click on the link and select "Save target as."
8. To print a document, use the print icon located in the Acrobat toolbar.

Customers without access to MyCeridian.com, follow these steps:

1. Email Ceridian SAS 70 Compliance with your request (i.e. the reports and/or LOAs) and your Company ID. Please include the names of the products/reports you are requesting (i.e. Signature Payroll, Hosted Services, Latitude, Tax Services, COBRA, FSA, Health & Welfare, CBS New Jersey, or HRO).
2. A link to a request/download form will be provided to you.
3. From the form, select the report(s) or letter(s) you require.
4. Click Submit.
5. The confirmation page will include link(s) to the documents you requested.
6. To download a document, right click on the link and select "Save target as."
7. To print a document, use the print icon located in the Acrobat toolbar.

Note: Former Ceridian customers may also use this email address to request SAS 70 reports and Letters of Assurance. Customers using Signature Payroll, Hosted Services, Latitude, or Tax Services products have access to MyCeridian.com and should utilize the instructions for customers with access to MyCeridian.com above.
