Minneapolis, January 25, 2010 - Ceridian Corporation today announced that Kathryn V. Marinello, Chairman and CEO of Ceridian, is leaving the Company. Lee A. Kennedy, a current member of the board of directors of Ceridian and Vice Chairman of FIS Inc., where he also previously served as CEO, has been appointed to serve as interim CEO while the Company conducts a search for a permanent replacement.
