The publication's annual listing recognizes providers and buyers of human resources outsourcing (HRO) in the U.S. and abroad for their innovations in HR outsourcing.

Strodtman leads Ceridian's HRO business segment and is responsible for client solutions development, implementation and service delivery. He has worked in the HR industry for more than 15 years. Prior to joining Ceridian, he was responsible for client solution development at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
