Ceridian, one of the largest providers of human resource services in the world, has announced that Bill Thomas, president of Ceridian Multinational Services, has been named an HRO Europe 2006 Superstar.

Bill Thomas was one of 19 business leaders recognized in the providers of HRO services category. According to HRO Europe magazine, Bill Thomas is "poised to lead HRO's charge worldwide."

The publication's third annual list of the top HRO Superstars recognizes the top providers, users and advisors and opinion leaders in HRO across Europe who have contributed to the HRO industry over the past year. The list was developed in conjunction with members of the Shared Services Business Process Outsourcing Association (SBPOA).
