Ceridian's HR/Payroll Latitude has built-in Manage Year-end functions that automatically assist companies with many of their end of year requirements. Currently some of the most popular service programs include Web seminars and Web-based training (WBT). The more specialized WBTs consist of 10 to 15 minute student-paced courses that can include video clips, screen prints, and text. Ceridian's nine current WBTs are available 24x7 via MyCeridian, and have been particularly popular this year.
