PSK Supermarkets Manages Affordable Care Act Compliance With Dayforce Human Capital Management

Dayforce HCM Allows Grocery Retailer With Over 1200 Employees In 14 Locations To Fulfill Onerous ACA Reporting Requirements

As of February 2016, full time employees in companies with over 50 employees in the US must receive a 1095C form along with their W2. The 1095C form is complicated to navigate, with numerous codes for each employee as well as multiple reason codes that offer information as to why the employee was or was not offered healthcare coverage.

PSK Supermarkets completed their 1095C forms in 1 day with Dayforce HCM. The company uses Dayforce for on boarding, scheduling, time and attendance, payroll, workflow management, benefits, and managed ACA compliance.

Once the data is verified, it is sent to Ceridian tax services with the touch of a button inside the cloud-based solution. From there, it is sent to the government and the associates with their W2 forms. The entire process took only 8 hours from start to finish.”
