The combination of WorkAngel and Ceridian’s LifeWorks business underscores a commitment to deliver technological innovation alongside wellness and engagement expertise to more than 15 million users in the US, Canada and the UK.

The transaction closed on March 1, 2016. Jamie True leads the LifeWorks management team as CEO, supported by President and Chief Operations Officer, Jon Harris, and Chief Financial Officer, Jack Bekhor. David Ossip will serve as Chairman.
