Ceridian Honored With Employees' Choice Award

Ceridian National Capital Region Office Considered A Top Place To Work

Minneapolis, MN, January 19, 2015 – Ceridian announces that it has been recognized as a top employer by the Ottawa Business Journal and Ottawa Chamber of Commerce in the 2014-15 Employee’s Choice Awards.

Based entirely on the merits of employee surveys and qualitative feedback, the Employees’ Choice Awards provide a barometer of overall employee satisfaction and engagement. Respondents are asked to rank statements concerning immediate management and organizational leadership and the opportunities for personal and professional growth. To qualify organizations must have a minimum of 25 full-time employees located in Ottawa and attain a statistically significant number of responses.

“We are always listening to our employees and looking for ways to keep making Ceridian a great place to work,” says Dave MacKay, president of Ceridian. “We believe that a healthy business culture not only attracts talented people, but sustains employees and is absolutely key to organizational and customer success. As a leading Human Capital Management solutions provider with a solid footing in the Ottawa market, we’re committed to HR excellence.”

The award will be presented at the Employee’s Choice Awards ceremony on January 28, 2015. Ceridian was among the 7 companies honored this year. Profiles of the winners including Ceridian are included in the January 19th OBJ edition.
