Nucleus Research examined and evaluated ACCO Brands payroll and HR processes to better understand the benefits, costs and risk mitigation associated with Dayforce Human Capital Management. ACCO Brands has been using the Dayforce HCM solution for 1.5 years.

  • A payback period of 7.2 months
  • An average annual benefit of: $1,232,630

Significantly decreased payroll error rate: Payroll error rates have significantly decreased since ACCO took full control of its payroll with Dayforce HCM. Accurate payroll means that calls in relation to reconciling payroll discrepancies are now rare. Accurate payroll, better management of people and expenses means better bottom line results.

Workable, modern employee self-service (ESS): Previously, HR staff spent undue time facilitating changes to information for approximately 500 employees. With Dayforce HCM now deployed, administrators save an average of 20 minutes per employee on related HR administration work.

Streamlined, better tax compliance: The automation found in Dayforce HCM has eliminated the manual legwork previously required to reconcile actual tax deductions in employee’s paychecks with the required amounts.
