Ceridian Connects Dayforce Human Capital Management With Its LifeWorks Employee Assistance Program

First HCM Solution To Offer Employers The Ability To Deliver Targeted, Relevant EAP Messaging, Life Events Content & Wellness Information To Employees

Las Vegas, NV, October 7, 2014 - Booth # 1923 at the HR Technology Conference & Expo - Ceridian announces that its award winning Dayforce HCM solution will soon connect to LifeWorks.com and automatically deliver event-triggered messaging about relevant LifeWorks EAP support. LifeWorks is a comprehensive EAP, Work-Life and Wellness program from Ceridian.  LifeWorks.com is the program’s online portal for participants providing a wealth of online tools and resources to support employees and their families in addressing personal and work related issues.

This latest Dayforce HCM capability delivers customers easy access to EAP resources with the ability to send targeted information to their employees on pertinent services based on location, employee role and applicable life changes. The integrated solution has been programmed to deliver relevant communication about specific support when employees move, change marital status, or change dependents. Event-based messaging can also be sent in response to local disasters or traumatic events, and in support of annual benefits enrollment and employer health promotion campaigns.
