To help foster diversity and inclusion, Diversity Action Councils (DAC) were established in all of Ceridian’s major U.S. locations. The purpose of the councils is development, advocacy, support, networking opportunities, community outreach and assistance in activities that promote employee engagement and cultural awareness. Our councils meet regularly to discuss diversity issues, share ideas, collaborate on diversity initiatives, and leverage organizational resources to further strengthen the understanding of diversity as a business imperative.
