Ceridian CEO, David Ossip is awarded Glassdoor’s Highest Rated CEO recognition for 2016. This is the second consecutive year that David Ossip has received this honor. Glassdoor released its annual report recognizing top leaders in countries throughout North America and parts of Europe. CEO approval ratings are based on anonymous and voluntary reviews, gathered through Glassdoor’s online company review survey, which seeks to gain current and former employee sentiment about job and company satisfaction, the work environment and the culture. The awards recognize the top 10 technology deployments each year based on their bottom-line financial return on investment (ROI). The Technology ROI awards demonstrate strong best practices for optimizing business results while maximizing value. For PSK Supermarkets this meant automating many manual processes involved with timekeeping, scheduling, labor costs optimization and payroll reporting. The Technology Value Matrix 2015 for HCM evaluates how leaders such as Ceridian are making strides to improve their solution’s functionality and usability: fortifying mobile platforms, streamlining user interfaces, adding modules related to talent management or at the edge of the employee lifecycle and tailoring their products to serve new niches. Dayforce HCM is the definitive leader in usability amongst the competition and its ability to provide deep functionality related to compliance with ACA is noted. This is the fifth consecutive time that Ceridian has been awarded this ranking.

Guitar Center’s implementation of Dayforce Workforce Management made a multi-million dollar annual impact on productivity. The Technology ROI awards highlight organizations that have successfully leveraged IT deployments to maximize value per dollar spent.
